Croatia’s Supreme Court reduced the sentence handed down to former Serbian paramilitary commander Dragan Vasiljkovic, alias Captain Dragan, from 15 to 13-and-a-half years in prison for war crimes in Croatia in 1991.

Az elkövetkező időszakban is folytatódik az Országos Mentőszolgálat (OMSZ) fejlesztése – mondta az egészségügyért felelős államtitkár.

Nagy Anikó a mentőszolgálat Markó utcai központjában Semmelweis-nap alkalmából tett látogatásán egyúttal bejelentette, hogy megkezdődik az új munkaruhák kiosztása. Ezek beszerzésére a kormány 1,1 milliárd forintot fordított. Az államtitkár elmondta, az elmúlt időszakban a magyar kormány sok figyelmet fordított a mentőszolgálat fejlesztésére, és ez folytatódik.

Megemlítette, hogy 2010 óta több mint harminc mentőállomás épült és újult meg országszerte, 780 mentőautót cseréltek le, megújították a mentésirányítást és jelentős bérfejlesztést indítottak. Utóbbi során 7500 munkatárs béremelése történt meg, és – mint mondta – a tapasztalat az, hogy egyre többen választják ezt a munkát.

Nagy kitért arra, hogy az egészségügyi ágazaton belül kiemelkedett a mentőszolgálat béremelési programja, hiszen 2016 és 2018 között 67 százalékkal emelkedett a mentődolgozók bére. Az idén az őszi ágazati bérfejlesztést előrehozták januárra, és ezen felül az év elején tíz százalékos béremelésben részesültek a mentődolgozók. Jövőre pedig egy szintén nyolc százalékos béremelésre számíthatnak – ismertette.

Az egészségügyért felelős államtitkár úgy fogalmazott, hogy látogatása a mentőszolgálatnál az ott dolgozók iránti tisztelet és a szeretet jele. Úgy fogalmazott, a mentők olyan hivatást választottak, amivel minden nap példát mutatnak, és ezzel a példával tanítanak az élet feltétlen tiszteletére, az élet mindenek-előttiségére.

A magyar kormány kiemelt feladatának tartja az OMSZ fejlesztését, és mindent megtesz azért, hogy a mentőszolgálat erkölcsi és anyagi megbecsültsége a következőkben tovább emelkedjék – közölte. Hozzátette: számos intézkedést fognak hozni a szakmai fejlődés támogatására, a munkatársak testi-lelki egészségének megóvására, a jó minőségű munkaruha és eszközök beszerzésére.

“Azt szeretnénk, ha minél többen választanák ezt a hivatást, és a mentősök közössége erősödne” – mondta.

Csató Gábor, az OMSZ főigazgatója arról beszélt, hogy 86 ezer új munkaruhaszettet adnak át a napokban a kollégáiknak, és idén újabb 117 mentőautó érkezik, ezzel a jövő év elejére elérik azt, hogy a mentőgépkocsik átlagéletkora hat év alatt lesz, ami európai viszonylatban is egyedülálló.

Úgy vélte, az államtitkár Semmelweis-napi látogatása üzenetértékű, és kifejezi a kormányzat figyelmét, ami nélkül a mentőszolgálat fejlesztése és a mentők megbecsültsége elképzelhetetlen lenne. Csató beszámolt arról is, hogy az utóbbi időben igyekeznek komoly hangsúlyt fektetni a társadalmi kommunikációra, bővíteni a lakosság elsősegélynyújtási tudását, közösségi újraélesztési és plakátkampányt indítottak.

Le ministre Alassane Séidou était au niveau du poste de péage d'Ekpè pour rencontrer les usagers. " Désormais, tous le monde est logé au même enseigne. Même avec un ordre de mission, on doit payer. Le ministre des transports aussi paye. Ceux qui peuvent passer sans payer sont les ambulances, les sapeurs pompiers (avec sirène et ou gyrophare), les véhicules de la police en patrouille, le cortège du président de la République et celui du président de l'Assemblée nationale, les véhicules de la sécurité publique et des militaires ", a-t-il déclaré. Le ministre souligne que le seul moyen permettant de régler l'état des routes est celui des péages/pesages. Alassane Séidou confie que " Dans notre pays le transport aérien est très faible, le transport ferroviaire n'existe presque pas. Le seul transport qui permet la mobilité des hommes et des biens est celui terrestre. Quand on parle de transport terrestre, on parle de route, on parle de réseau routier. Nous devons donc être très attentif sur l'entretien de nos routes." Pour lui, " Il faut beaucoup de ressources et la participation des populations est essentielle". Il tient à apporter lesdites clarifications afin d'aider la population à avoir une idée sur le mobile de l'augmentation des coûts au niveau des péages et péages/pesages. La hausse des prix permettra d'entretenir les routes. The July plenary session highlights were: the continuation of the debate on the Future of Europe, this time with the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, the discussion on the outcome of the European Council meeting of 28-29 June 2018, and the review of the Bulgarian and presentation of the activities of the Austrian Presidencies. The European Commission and Council participated in discussions on the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. VP/HR Federica Mogherini’s statement on the migration crisis and humanitarian situation in Venezuela and at its borders was also discussed. Angola’s President, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, addressed Parliament in a formal sitting. Parliament approved, inter alia, proposals for a European Travel Information and Authorisation System, a European Defence Industrial Development Programme, financial rules applicable to the general EU budget and two amending budgets for 2018. Parliament agreed on the conclusion of a partnership agreement between the EU and Armenia and approved the reform of the electoral law of the EU. Three reports on the social and market aspects of the first mobility package were rejected and sent back to the Transport and Tourism Committee.

ETIAS

Parliament approved the trilogue agreement on proposals for a European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) to manage information on third-country nationals travelling into the Schengen area. Parliament wants to ensure that the information used in the proposed online system to address the current lack of information about visa-exempt nationals travelling into Europe, is strictly relevant, and that the system is secure, transparent and accountable.

Mobility Package

Parliament rejected the three reports, as amended, on postings, resting/driving times and cabotage (the social and market rules in the mobility package). Following a vote in the Transport and Tourism Committee (TRAN) on 4 June, and subsequent rejection of the negotiating mandates in plenary on 14 June, this new round of votes effectively returns the proposals to the committee.

While the majority of the TRAN committee voted in favour of enforcement requirements and specific rules for posting drivers in the road transport sector; and on daily and weekly driving times, minimum breaks and rest periods and positioning by means of tachographs, the Employment and Social Affairs Committee reintroduced its amendments to focus on drivers’ working conditions in the road transport sector.

Members also largely approved a report on reducing charges on heavy-duty vehicles for the use of certain road infrastructure. This report is part of the mobility package and a special legislative procedure applies, in which Parliament is only consulted.

Partnership Agreement between the EU and EAEC and Armenia

Parliament voted in favour of concluding the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement between the EU and Armenia. Provisionally applied since 1 June 2018, the EU-Armenia Agreement was signed on 24 November 2017. In the non-legislative resolution adopted in parallel, Members considered the signature of this agreement to constitute an important step forward in EU and Armenia cooperation, and translates the commitment to deepening their political and economic relations.

European Defence Industrial Development Programme

Members adopted (478 votes to 179, with 23 abstentions) the European Defence Industrial Development Programme. Part of the European Defence Fund, where the EU has responded to increased security threats and key allies’ withdrawal of support, by creating a €500 million envelope to fund development of defence equipment and technologies, and boost the competitiveness of the EU defence industry. The proposed programme tightens up eligibility criteria, notably for third-country entities participating in programme financed actions. Priorities are direct management and a greater emphasis on SME access to the market.

Integrated farm statistics

Farm statistics provide evidence used to make decisions on where to allocate funding within the framework of the EU common agricultural policy. In line with its policy to update all its statistical data, the Commission proposes updating integrated farm statistics to make collection more flexible, detailed, and coherent, and to reduce the data collection burden. Parliament adopted the agreement on this draft regulation.

Reform of the electoral law of the European Union

Members of the European Parliament approved, by a comfortable majority (397 votes to 207, with 62 abstentions) the reform of the electoral law of the EU ahead of the European elections of May 2019. Among other things, the reform introduces minimum thresholds for larger constituencies, although these will not be implemented until the 2024 EU elections. The reforms also include provisions on extending voting to different methods, and increased data protection. The idea of enabling EU citizens to vote from third countries was, however, not taken up by the Council.

Financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union

Parliament discussed and approved the compromise agreed on the revision of the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union. The new revised Financial Regulation limits trust funds to external actions, retains the non-profit principle, and ends transfers from structural funding to the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), as well as maintaining the competences of the budgetary authority. Reforms to the financial rules for five regulations in the common agricultural policy field were agreed in December.

Amending budget No 2/2018: 2017 surplus

Parliament approved Amending Budget No 2 to the 2018 EU budget, which moves the surplus from the 2017 EU budget to the 2018 budget. The sum involved, €555.5 million, will decrease Member States’ contributions to the 2018 budget. The surplus is a result of a previous amending budget, plus the high level of competition fines feeding into the EU budget in 2017, as well as delays in spending.

Amending budget No 3/2018: Extension of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey

Parliament approved an amending budget for €500 million in aid to be paid in 2018 as the second tranche of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey. Parliament agreed to the funding for some 5 000 teachers providing education for over 300 000 refugee children in Turkey, on the condition that Parliament is fully associated in the decision-making process on the facility, when reviewed under the 2019 budgetary procedure.

2019 budget – trilogue mandate

Parliament also considered and adopted its mandate for trilogue negotiations for the 2019 draft EU budget, its position for initial negotiations with the Council. Parliament’s priorities for the 2019 budget are sustainable growth, innovation, competitiveness, citizenship, security, the fight against climate change, transition to renewable energy, migration, and young people.

Statute for social and solidarity-based enterprises

Parliament adopted a legislative-initiative resolution on a statute for social and solidarity-based enterprises, calling for a common definition, based on specific criteria, enabling enterprises with a positive social, environmental or community impact, that employ 14.5 million people, to overcome regulatory obstacles.

Opening of trilogue negotiations

Two parliamentary committees’ decisions to enter into interinstitutional (trilogue) negotiations were confirmed: four reports on financial services proposals (ECON); and on the European citizens’ initiative (AFCO). A confirmatory vote was held on the latter, allowing negotiations with the Council to begin. As for the proposal on copyright in the digital single market (JURI), the plenary voted against the decision to enter into interinstitutional negotiations, meaning the report will come back to the agenda for the September part-session.

The EU-Ukraine Summit takes place on 9 July 2018 in Brussels. The implementation of the association agreement and its free trade area, the Minsk agreement, the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol, and regional issues are at the top of the agenda. The EU is represented by Donald TUSK, President of the European Council, and by Jean-Claude JUNCKER, President of the European Commission. Ukraine is represented by President Petro POROSHENKO. The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica MOGHERINI, Vice-Presidents Maroš ŠEFČOVIČ and Valdis DOMBROVSKIS and Commissioner Cecilia MALMSTRÖM also participate at the Summit.

Mardi dernier, le média britannique, Sky Sports, avait révélé en grande pompe que le transfert de Riyad Mahrez à Manchester City était désormais bouclé et qu’un accord avait été enfin trouvé entre les différentes parties autour d’une indemnité de transfert estimée à 67 millions d’euros.

Ledit média a même souligné que le joueur allait effectuer sa visite médicale avec les Citizens durant la semaine, très probablement, vendredi (aujourd’hui). Voulant avoir plus de détails et confirmer cette information, nous avons pu avoir hier un proche de Riyad, qui s’est dit étonné par toutes ces informations, nous assurant qu’à l’heure actuelle, rien n’est encore conclu : «Ecoutez, ce que je peux vous dire, c’est qu’aucune visite médicale à Manchester City n’est prévue cette semaine, du moins pour le moment, pour Riyad. Le joueur continue de profiter de ses vacances tranquillement.»

«Pour que cela se fasse, il faut déjà qu’un accord soit trouvé entre les deux clubs»

Notre interlocuteur nous a confié que pour l’instant, aucun accord officiel n’a encore été trouvé entre les deux clubs (Leicester et Manchester City). De ce fait, on ne peut parler d’une quelconque visite médicale :
«Les choses sont claires. Pour que Riyad puisse effectuer une visite médicale à Manchester City, il faut d’abord qu’un accord soit trouvé entre les deux clubs. Or, à l’heure où je vous parle, rien de cela n’est encore fait. Ne vous inquiétez pas, quand un accord sera signé, les deux clubs s’empresseront à annoncer publiquement l’information et le joueur aura le temps ensuite de passer sa visite médicale au sein de son nouveau club.»

«Les négociations avancent bien et un accord est proche»

Voulant savoir si les deux clubs continuaient de négocier concernant ce transfert qui aura pris un temps fou à se concrétiser, notre source nous a répondu : «Ce que je peux vous dire, c’est que les négociations avancent plutôt bien. Un accord est proche Inch’Allah et tout le monde au final sera content.» Cela sous entend que malgré la lenteur que prennent ces négociations marathoniennes, un accord finira par être trouvé.

Riyad attendu à l’entraînement avec Leicester ce dimanche

Pour l’instant donc, Riyad Mahrez est toujours un joueur de Leicester City. De ce fait, il est donc obligé de reprendre du service avec sa formation en attendant que son transfert à Manchester City se concrétise de manière définitive. Comme révélé par nos soins il y a quelques jours, l’ancien Havrais n’a pas participé avec ses coéquipiers cette semaine à la reprise du travail des Foxes. On lui a en effet accordé une semaine de repos supplémentaire du fait qu’il ait pris part avec la sélection algérienne à deux matchs amicaux au début du mois de juin. Il est attendu du coup à l’entraînement ce dimanche, 8 juillet, qui se tiendra dans la ville française d’Evian, puisqu’à partir d’après demain, Leicester City sera en stage pour huit jours en Haute-Savoie.

Va-t-il récidiver et boycotter la reprise ?

La question qu’on peut se pose, est-ce que le joueur ne songerait pas à boycotter cette reprise avec Leicester City afin de manifester une nouvelle fois son refus de rester au club ? Une alternative à prendre au sérieux, quand on se rappelle que Riyad avait déjà boycotté les entraînements de son club début février dernier, après que sa direction ait bloqué son transfert à Manchester City. Cette fois-ci et selon nos informations, le numéro 7 Algérien est plus que déterminé à quitter le club et espère que cela puisse se passer dans les règles de l’art sans avoir à aller au clash avec ses dirigeants.

Eugen Teodorovici pénzügyminiszter ma jelentette ki, hogy már dolgoznak a koncepción a minisztériumban. A miniszter közölte, az adóamnesztia több változatát is lehetségesnek tartja. Az egyik szerint az adófizetőnek ki kell fizetnie a tartozását, de a büntetőkamatokat vagy azok egy részét törlik. A tárcavezető további részleteket egyelőre nem közölt.

A figyelmeztetést egy baktériummal szennyezett kukorica miatt adták ki, amely fogyasztása után 47-en is megbetegedtek összesen öt európai országban. Brit sajtóértesülések szerint a megbetegedések mellett 9 halálos áldozat is van az Egyszült-Királyságban. Az EFSA arra gyanakszik, hogy a kukorica egy magyarországi csomagoló üzemből kerülhetett az európai piacokra, ahol az ezelőtti években már azonosították ezt a típusú baktériumot. A gyár üzemelését beszüntették és elkezdték a termékek visszavonását. Az egészségügyi szakértők arra kérnek mindenkit, hogy amennyiben a kukoricát bármilyen formában el szeretné fogyasztani, azt előtt főzze meg.

Hätte SFV-Generalsekretär Alex Miescher seinen Vorschlag vor einigen Wochen gemacht wäre es wohl eine Randnotiz gewesen. Man hätte relativ entspannt eine Diskussion wieder aufgenommen, die schon seit Jahren immer wieder aufflammt.

Im Zug der Doppeladler-Affäre ist der Vorstoss nun hochbrisant. Weil jetzt alles vermischt und in einem aufgeladenen emotionalen Umfeld komplett falsch interpretiert wird.

Es geht bei dieser Frage nicht darum, Fremdenhass aufflammen zu lassen. Es geht nicht darum, dass irgendjemand seine Wurzeln verleugnen muss und gezwungen wird, am 1. August aufs Rütli zu pilgern. Es geht darum, in der noch nicht abgeschlossenen Integrationsdebatte einen Schritt vorwärts zu kommen. Dass dies, und da sind alle Kreise angesprochen, bitter nötig ist, zeigen die letzten Wochen.

In erster Linie geht es um ganz praktische Dinge. Auf den Sport bezogen: Wer hier geboren und in unserem sportlichen System gross geworden ist, der soll nicht mehr Optionen haben als jemand, der nur eine Staatsbürgerschaft besitzt. Es ist ein Unding, wenn der Fussballverband sündhaft teure Ausbildungen finanziert und ein Spieler dann gegen ein Handgeld von einigen hunderttausend Franken von einem anderen Verband abgeworben wird. Ein solcher Spieler handelt egoistisch und nimmt einem anderen vielleicht den Platz weg.

Dass gewisse Kreise diese notwendige Debatte nun schon wieder im Keim ersticken, zeugt von wenig Verständnis für eine Frage, die man diskutieren darf, ohne in eine Ecke gedrängt zur werden.

Und schliesslich: Wenn ich österreichischer Staatsbürger werden will, muss ich meinen roten Pass abgeben. Das ist in ganz vielen anderen Ländern selbstverständlich. Für Menschen, die in der Schweiz geboren sind, sollte die Hürde der Einbürgerung so niedrig wie möglich sein. Dafür gibt es nur noch eine Staatsbürgerschaft. Und nicht diese Fünfer- und Weggli-Politik.

Das wäre in der ganzen Integrationspolitik ein Schritt nach vorne. Und ja: Wer sich das Schweizer Trikot überstreift, ist Botschafter dieses Landes. Und da gehört auch ein gutes Mass an Identifikation dazu. Diese Erwartungshaltung darf man haben. Eine Nationalmannschaft ist nicht nur eine Zweckgemeinschaft. Dafür gibt es den Klubfussball. Da kann man mit dem Checkbuch eine Mannschaft zusammenstellen.
