Le président de l'Assemblée nationale n'avait pas occupé cette place depuis sa défaite aux régionales et les soucis de santé qui avaient suivi la campagne.

A török hatóságok 10 halottról és 15 sérültről számoltak be. Helyi hírforrások arról tudósítottak, hogy a merénylő egy német turistacsoport mellett robbantotta fel magát. A sebesülteket egy közeli kórházba szállították, a CNN Türk török tévécsatorna értesülései szerint hat német áldozat van.
A merénylet tíz halálos áldozatának többsége német állampolgár – mondta telefonon Recep Tayyip Erdogan török miniszterelnök Angela Merkel német kancellárnak.

A német külügyminisztérium kedden arra figyelmeztette állampolgárait, hogy a városban kerüljék el a turistalátványosságok környékén a nagyobb csoportosulásokat. A tárca szerint Törökországban terrortámadásokra és erőszakos összeütközésekre kell számítani.

Általános : 2016-ban is sűrű az Európai Parlament programja. Az EP-képviselők számos témával foglalkoznak, amelyek közül kiemelt hangsúlyt kap idén a menekültválság kezelése és az EU klímamegállapodásban foglalt vállalásainak teljesítése. Fontos, hogy nagyobb hatáskört kapjanak a bűnüldöző szervek a terrortámadások kivédése érdekében, igazságosabb legyen a vállalati adózás az Unióban, valamint hatékonyabb legyen a személyes adatok védelme. Fin décembre 2015, dans le cadre de l’actualisation de la loi de programmation militaire 2014-2019, l’armée de Terre a vu ses équipements renforcés de 6 hélicoptères NH90-TTH Caïman. Une consolidation qui porte désormais à 74 le nombre de NH90-TTH commandés, dont 44 livrés d’ici 2019.

Much is being made of the potential for Big Data to improve governance in Europe. But all data sets require context. Unless this is available, the contents is less than useful.

Summer 2015 saw the EU Publications Office, through the Open Data Portal website, begin making a selection of  public procurement data available, drawn from the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) website. This site is the main route for publication of the Official Journal Supplementary series and contains all contract advertisements and awards made by public bodies (that exceed a financial threshold). Prior to this point, the data was only available to either the Commission, or paid subscribers to the TED database.

The scope of the data is incredible, with every advertised procurement project detailed from 2009 to 2015 across thousands of Contracting Authorities. Garnering meaning from such a rich resource is however difficult for all but the initiated few. While this may well be ‘open’, without a glossary, or guide to the data, one is left floundering.

To help remedy this information deficit, and provide some much needed context, the Commission assembled just such a guide to the data table headings. This should help anyone looking through the databases to ascertain the areas that they will find most interesting or applicable for their research.

By way of example, one may draw upon columns CPV and CAE_NAME to ascertain relationships between the Contract Authority type (local council, centralised procurement office etc) and the type of goods or services they contract (facilities management, uniforms, infrastructure etc). This may throw light on the organisation of a State’s policy implementation. While case study research may give a more granular level of detail in such matters, there is something to be said about looking across the whole Union’s economy and seeing the patterns emerge from within.

COPENHAGEN, 12 January 2016 – OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Ilkka Kanerva (MP, Finland) issued the following statement on today’s terrorist attack in Istanbul’s Sultanahmet district:

“On behalf of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, I deplore in the strongest terms today’s attack in the heart of Istanbul, apparently targeting innocent civilians. This is certainly not the first act of terrorism perpetrated on Turkish soil, and we stand with the government and citizens as they stand up to these security threats. Those behind this heinous act must be held accountable. I extend my deepest condolences to the families, loved ones and home countries of those killed or injured.

“The parliamentarians of the OSCE have consistently called upon governments to improve international co-operation to fight terrorism in all its forms and to better address the underlying factors. The international community will best honor the victims of this and other terrorist acts by working together as closely as possible to combat this scourge,” President Kanerva said.

Lionel Messi a remporté lundi son 5e Ballon d’Or, trophée sacrant le meilleur joueur du monde en 2015, lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix organisée par la FIFA, à Zurich.
 
L’Argentin (41,33% des votes), favori logique après avoir été l’homme clé de la Ligue des champions remportée au printemps dernier par Barcelone, devance Cristiano Ronaldo (27,76%, Real Madrid) et Neymar (7,86%, Barcelone). « La Puce », un de ses surnoms, était le seul joueur de l’histoire à posséder quatre Ballons d’Or (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012) et établit donc un nouveau record.
La légende s’enrichit d’un nouveau chapitre
 
« Le Roi Leo », autre sobriquet, a écrit une nouvelle page de sa légende en s’offrant un quintuplé avec le Barça (Ligue des champions, championnat, coupe, Supercoupe d’Europe, Mondial des clubs), tout en faisant encore exploser quelques compteurs sur le plan individuel.
 
Impliqué sur les trois buts catalans inscrits en finale de C1 contre la Juventus Turin (3-1), Messi a terminé l’épreuve comme meilleur buteur, à égalité avec Ronaldo et Neymar (10 buts), et a bouclé la Liga avec 43 buts, juste derrière CR7. Au total, Messi, déjà désigné meilleur joueur UEFA de l’année, a trouvé à 53 reprises le chemin des filets en 2015, toutes compétitions confondues.
 
De quoi forcément impressionner les votants (les capitaines et les sélectionneurs des équipes nationales ainsi qu’un collège de journalistes).
 
La remise de ce prix intervient alors que la FIFA est plongée en plein chaos et a dû gérer le poids des absences puisque l’attribution du trophée individuel le plus prestigieux de la planète football s’est déroulée notamment sans le président démissionnaire Joseph Blatter, suspendu pour huit ans.
« Un moment très particulier »
 
« C’est un moment très particulier pour moi d’être revenu, d’avoir encore un Ballon d’Or, après ces deux années où Cristiano Ronaldo a gagné successivement, » a dit l’attaquant argentin du FC Barcelone. « C’est un Ballon d’Or qui représente beaucoup plus que ce dont je rêvais quand j’étais enfant. Je remercie tous ceux qui ont voté pour moi et mes coéquipiers, sans lesquels tout ça ne serait pas possible », a ajouté le buteur âgé de 28 ans. « Je remercie aussi le foot en général, qui m’a donné de bonnes choses, de mauvaises choses également. J’ai pu ainsi grandir en tant que personne dans la vie ».
