Général : Si l’égalité des genres est l’un des objectifs clés de l’Union européenne, les progrès réalisés en la matière restent lents. Le revenu horaire brut d’une femme est inférieur à 17 % en moyenne à celui d’un homme et, selon les estimations, 70 ans seraient nécessaires au rythme actuel avant d’atteindre l’égalité salariale. Cette année, le Parlement européen a décidé de consacrer la journée internationale des femmes à leur autonomisation économique.

POZSONY. A koalíciós képviselőket már semmi sem gátolja abban, hogy megszavazzák Igor Matovič OľaNO-vezér képviselői mandátumától való megfosztását. A parlament összeférhetetlenségi bizottsága ugyanis most már felújíthatja az ügyben folytatott, majd tavaly novemberben leállított eljárását.

On 9 March, the subcommittee will discuss the topic "CSDP missions and operations: Learning the lessons!?" with Giovanni Cremonini, Chair of the EEAS inter-service CSDP Lessons Working Group. With the EU having established, over recent years, a coherent mechanism for identifying best practices in CSDP missions, primarily through its Annual CSDP Lessons report and the associated processes, the committee will use this opportunity to take stock of the progress achieved and explore the way forward.
