Fogolyzendülés miatt nem jogerősen négy éve fegyházra ítéltek két férfit pénteken – közölte a Fővárosi Törvényszék.

Az elsőfokú ítélet szerint a három vádlott a Budapesti Fegyház és Börtön Kozma utcai épületének egyik háromszemélyes zárkájában töltötte jogerős szabadságvesztését. 2018. január 6-án a büntetés-végrehajtási intézet biztonsági ellenőrzést végző munkatársai kiabálást hallottak a vádlottak zárkájából, ezért felszólították őket a hangoskodás befejezésére. A három férfi azonban ágyakkal torlaszolta el a zárkaajtót, azonnali átszállítást követelt és trágár szavakkal illette a helyszínre érkező parancsnokot.

Az őrök a zárkaajtó kémlelőüvegét betörve könnygázt alkalmaztak és a zárkaajtó pántját lecsavarozva jutottak be a helyiségbe. A vádlottak bilincselés közben is ellenálltak. A Fővárosi Törvényszék a pénteki tárgyaláson a más ügyben jogerős szabadságvesztését töltő első- és másodrendű vádlottat fogolyzendülés miatt négy év fegyházra ítélte, azzal, hogy feltételes szabadságra nem bocsáthatók.

A vádlottak és védőik felmentésért, illetve enyhítésért fellebbeztek, így az elsőfokú ítélet nem jogerős. Az ügy harmadik vádlottja tavaly elhunyt.
