Törökbecsén a helyhatósági választásokon a Szerb Haladó Párt 14, a Vajdasági Szociáldemokrata Liga 7, a Miša Vrebalov–Milivoj Vrebalov polgári csoport 6, a Szerb Radikális Párt 3 és a Vajdasági Magyar Szövetség és Magyar Egység Párt alkotta koalíció egy mandátumot szerzett. Az SZHP a Vrebalov-féle polgári csoport egy részével és a VMSZ-szel közösen alkotja a parlamenti többséget. Az eddigi hatalomgyakorlók a VSZL és az SZHP voltak.
