A Tanács megállapodott a 2027 utáni közös agrárpolitikáról szóló rendeletre vonatkozó tárgyalási álláspontjáról, amelynek célja a versenyképesebb, fenntarthatóbb és reziliensebb uniós mezőgazdasági ágazat támogatása.

A Tanács megállapodott a balti-tengeri halászatra vonatkozó 2027. évi fogási korlátokról a kulcsfontosságú halállományok, nevezetesen a hering, a spratt, a közönséges tőkehal, a lazac és a sima lepényhal esetében.

A Tanács a mai napon határozatokat fogadott el, amelyekkel pénzeszközöket mozgósít Ukrajna számára az Európai Békekeret keretében. Ezek a határozatok lehetővé fogják tenni a korábban nyújtott katonai támogatás részleges megtérítését, és további finanszírozást biztosítanak majd az EU Ukrajnát támogató katonai segítségnyújtási missziója számára.
