European Council

The Council has adopted a Regulation amending Protocol No 3 on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

The Council approved conclusions on green diplomacy unequivocally affirming the EU’s commitment to promote a just and inclusive green transition, and support the implementation of global commitments in this regard, in close cooperation with partner countries.

The Council agreed on a €5 billion Ukraine Assistance Fund under the European Peace Facility to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces through the provision of both lethal and non-lethal military equipment and training.
