The Council adopted an implementing decision authorising the fifth regular payment under the Ukraine Plan of the Ukraine Facility.

President Costa will travel to Latin America for COP30 (Brazil) on 6 and 7 November and for the EU-CELAC summit (Colombia) on 9 November.
