A dix jours du démarrage de la campagnes pour l'élection présidentielle, le chef de l'État Patrice Talon candidat au poste de président de la République du duo Talon-Talata a rencontré successivement une délégation du parti Union pour le Développement d'un Bénin Nouveau (Udbn) conduite par sa présidente, du Parti du Renouveau Démocratique (Prd) conduite par l'honorable Ybatou Sanni Glèlè et une délégation du parti Mouvement des Élites Engagement pour l'émancipation du Bénin (Moele- Bénin).
Le programme d'actions 2021-2026, les éléments de langage à avoir pour convaincre les électeurs sont passés au peigne fin lors des échanges qui ont duré 5 heures d'horloge environ. C'est le directeur de la Communication à la présidence qui a présenté le programme d'actions 2021-2026. Le candidat Patrice Talon a appuyé la communication par des détails.
Le programme d'actions 2021-2026 prend en compte les actions à mener pour les 5 prochaines années. Il s'inscrit dans la droite ligne des réalisations en cours. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un nouveau projet de société mais du programme de la ''continuité'' en vue de la Renaissance du Bénin.
