Au moins 439 violations des droits de l’homme ont été répertoriées à travers la RDC en janvier 2026, principalement dans la partie Est en proie aux conflits. Ces chiffres sont contenus dans le rapport du Bureau conjoint des Nations unies aux droits de l’homme (BCNUDH), publié lundi 6 avril à Kinshasa.

Selon ce document, même si ce chiffre est en baisse par rapport au mois précédent, il ne reflète pas une amélioration réelle de la situation.
