The Eurogroup met virtually to discuss the G7 Finance Ministers' meeting, reaffirm their support for Ukraine, and express appreciation for the constructive engagement with G7 partners.

The EU issued a statement on Israel/Palestine in which it fully supported the comprehensive roadmap presented by President Biden, that would lead to an enduring ceasefire in Gaza, the release of all hostages and a surge of humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

The Council adopted a regulation to completely ban the use of dental amalgams and to prohibit manufacturing, import and export of other mercury-added products. 

The Council has approved conclusions on the EU electricity grid infrastructure.
