A módosított helyreállítási és rezilienciaépítési tervek immár egy új REPowerEU-fejezetet is tartalmaznak. Ez hozzájárul majd ahhoz, hogy a fenti országok felgyorsítsák a tiszta energiára való átállást, diverzifikálják az energiaellátásukat és javítsák az energiahatékonyságukat.
