A főképviselőnek az Európai Unió nevében tett nyilatkozata egyes harmadik országoknak a Moldovai Köztársaságot destabilizáló tevékenységekre tekintettel hozott korlátozó intézkedésekről szóló (KKBP) 2023/891 határozat módosításáról szóló, 2024. október 14-i (KKBP) 2024/2701 tanácsi határozathoz történő csatlakozásáról.

A főképviselőnek az Európai Unió nevében tett nyilatkozata egyes harmadik országoknak a vegyi fegyverek elterjedése és használata elleni korlátozó intézkedésekről szóló (KKBP) 2018/1544 határozat módosításáról szóló, 2024. október 14-i (KKBP) 2024/2695 tanácsi határozathoz történő csatlakozásáról.

A Tanács a mai napon elfogadta azt az Ukrajnának nyújtandó pénzügyi támogatási csomagot, amely többek között egy legfeljebb 35 milliárd EUR összegű rendkívüli makroszintű pénzügyi támogatási (MFA) hitelt, valamint egy olyan hitelezési együttműködési mechanizmust tartalmaz, amely az EU és a G7-partnerek által nyújtott, legfeljebb 45 milliárd EUR összegű hitelek visszafizetésében fogja segíteni Ukrajnát. A visszafizetést támogatni fogják az immobilizált orosz állami vagyoni eszközökből származó rendkívüli nyereségből származó, az EU rendelkezésére álló források.
