Or, il n’y a actuellement plus de maires élus en Guinée, ils ont été remplacés l’année dernière par des présidents de délégations spéciales, nommés par arrêté ministériel et les candidats indépendants ne parviennent pas à obtenir d’eux les parrainages requis.
