Conclusions of the 52nd meeting of the EEA Council.

On 19 November 2019, the Council adopted conclusions on the evaluation of the annual rule of law dialogue.

The Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs of Finland, representing the Presidency of the Council of the EU, together with the European Commission met with their counterparts from the Western Balkans at the annual EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs. In Bruges, President Donald Tusk delivered the keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2019/2020 academic year at the College of Europe on the lessons of two terms as President of the European Council and the constant struggle for EU unity.
