European Council

Declaration by the High Representative on behalf of the European Union on the alignment of certain third countries with Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/120 of 28 January 2020 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Following EU leaders' video conference on COVID-19, European Council President Charles Michel issued these conclusions.

Statement on the situation at the EU's external borders

European Council President Charles Michel met President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Ankara and discussed the migration situation at EU's borders and the crisis in Syria.

On 4 March 2020, the Eurogroup held a conference call together with non-euro area members on the situation with the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19).
