A Tanács határozatot fogadott el, amelyben felhatalmazta a Katonai Mobilitás elnevezésű PESCO-projekt koordinátorát, hogy kérje fel az Egyesült Királyságot az ebben a katonai projektben való részvételre.

A Tanács elindítja az Európai Unió Ukrajnát támogató katonai segítségnyújtási misszióját, és támogatási intézkedést fogadott el az Európai Békekeret keretében az ukrán fegyveres erők kapacitásépítésének a misszió általi támogatása céljából.

A Tanács tíz személyre és egy szervezetre vetett ki korlátozó intézkedéseket, tekintettel arra, hogy a vegyi fegyverek elterjedése és használata továbbra is fenyegetést jelent.
