Most products now face lower tariffs than last summer’s 15% baseline

Csuhéfonás, szövés és kemencében sült pogácsa készítése színesítette a Nagyberegi Tájház programját február 25-én.

Kezdetét vette a nagyböjt. A Nagyberegi Tájház ebben az időszakban sem pihen. A termek ismét élettel teltek meg, ahol hagyományőrző téli foglalkozást szerveztek a fiatalok számára. Az eseményen a Nagyberegi Református Líceum diákjai vettek részt, akik a népi mesterségek és a régi konyhai hagyományok világába nyerhettek betekintést.

A program egyik központi eleme a csuhéfonás és a szövés volt. A foglalkoztató teremben a kukoricacsuhé megmunkálásával ismerkedtek meg a résztvevők Kepics Andrea vezetésével. Virágok, csuhébaba és különféle fonatok készültek ügyes kezek munkája nyomán. Néhányan a munka első fázisát is kipróbálták – kukoricát hántottak, majd fejtettek –, így a folyamat teljes egészét megtapasztalhatták az alapanyagtól a kész dísztárgyig.

A kamrában berendezett szövőteremben a diákok az esztovátán való szövés alapjait sajátíthatták el. A szövőszéken egyszerű, csíkozott konyhakendők készültek, miközben a fiatalok megismerkedtek a szövés eszközeivel és munkafolyamataival. Emellett a csüllő használatát is kipróbálták.

A tájház konyhájában eközben tepertős pogácsa készült a szakácsnő irányításával. A diákok nemcsak a tészta nyújtásában, formázásában, a pogácsák kiszaggatásában segédkeztek, hanem megismerkedtek a kemence részeivel és a hozzá tartozó eszközökkel is. Kézbe vehették a pemetét, a szénvonót és a kemencelapátot. Láthatták a befűtött kemencét, és azt is, hogyan szedik ki a parazsat a kemencéből, majd pedig hogyan kerülnek be a tepsik a forró sütőtérbe. A kemencében sült pogácsa illata hamar belengte az udvart, igazi otthonos hangulatot teremtve.

A foglalkozás végén a résztvevők közös imával zárták az együtt töltött időt, majd együtt fogyasztották el a frissen sült, illatos tepertős pogácsát egy csésze forró tea kíséretében.

A program nemcsak kézműves ismeretekkel gazdagította a diákokat, hanem lehetőséget adott arra is, hogy személyes tapasztalatokon keresztül kapcsolódjanak a helyi hagyományokhoz, és közösségi élményként éljék meg a múlt értékeinek továbbörökítését.

A foglalkozás a Pro Cultura Subcarpathica szervezésében valósult meg. A program támogatója a Csoóri Sándor Alap volt, szakmai partnere a Hagyományok Háza hálózat kárpátaljai kirendeltsége.
