Obnova glavnog trga u Zrenjaninu je počela u jesen prošle godine, a nadležni kažu da su radovi stigli u završnu fazu. Jedan od najsloženijih zadataka je dobio Gradski vodovod koji je u potpunosti morao da rekonstruiše kanalizacionu mrežu. Radovi se izvode od novembra prošle godine, uskoro će se izvršiti probni rad sistema, a nakon toga sledi asfaltiranje dela ulice između ulaza u gradsku kuću i ulice Cara Dušana. Planira se postavljanje potpuno novog asfalta.
Nakon postavljanja cevi, počelo je i postavljanje mermernih pločica na delu između gradske kuće i katoličke crkve i sađenje zelenog pojasa na trgu.
Sada je već gotovo novo betonsko stepenište, a počelo je popločavanje na delu ispred biblioteke. Direkcija za izgradnju grada traži još malo strpljenja od građana obećavajući da će za sledećih mesec i po dana završiti najvažnije radove.
S obzirom da je pešački promet na glavnom trgu gotovo nemoguć, katolička crkva je odlučila da do završetka radova mise održava u kapeli, od ponedeljka do petka. Mise u nedelju će se i dalje održavati u crkvi.
Obnovu glavnog trga je proteklih meseci pratilo više kritika. Katolička crkva se protivila radovima jer će od sada biti mnogo komplikovaniji prilaz crkvi i biskupiji. Opozicija gradsku vlast kritikuje zbog toga što se mermerne pločice postavljaju od kredita vrednog milion evra, dok se zgrade u Zrenjaninu urušavaju, i dok nije osigurano kompletno snabdevanje grada vodom, a građani i čuvari životne okoline negoduju zbog seče stabala na glavnom trgu.

A régi típusú vízummal rendelkező állampolgárok továbbra is a megszokott módon léphetnek be a schengeni zónába.
– Azoktól sem kérnek ujjlenyomatot, akiknek új biometrikus útlevele, viszont régi típusú vízuma van. A biometrikus útlevélnek csak az Európai Unióval szembeni vízumrendszer liberalizálása után lesz jelentősége – tette hozzá a konzul.

DUSHANBE, 29 May 2015 – The OSCE Border Management Staff College concluded its 13th Border Management Staff Course for Women Leaders in Dushanbe today.
“In the 21st century in spite of all changes, women remain underrepresented in the border security and management agencies. This course aims at promoting and encouraging women inclusion and participation in ensuring the safety and security of our borders,” said Alexander Eliseev, Chief of Education at the OSCE Border Management Staff College.
Twenty-five mid-level and senior managers from 14 OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation attended the course. The countries include Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Egypt, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Tajikistan, Tunisia and Ukraine.
The one-month initiative was designed according to the principles and standards of the OSCE Border Security and Management Concept which covers the political-military, economic and environmental as well as human aspects of the security.
It is composed of six overarching modules each reflecting relevant best practices and lessons identified. They focus on promoting border security and management in the OSCE area, review of the existing border security and management models; elements of border controls and co-operation; economic and environmental factors of border security and management; human dimension of border security and management; and organizational management and leadership.
The Staff Course for Women Leaders is added to the list of core offerings of the College since 2014.
In the framework of the one-month course, the participants visited the nearby border post with Afghanistan, participated in the group research projects and took part in the roundtable focusing on the recent developments in and around Afghanistan.
