COVID-19: Council agrees its negotiating mandate on the Digital Green Certificate.

President Michel adresses the state of the EU-India partnership, cooperation on global challenges such as climate change, COVID-19 vaccines in a keynote address at the Raisina Dialogue.

The Council adopted its first reading position on the regulation establishing the EU Single Market programme for 2021-2027.

The Council today decided to extend its restrictive measures responding to serious human rights violations in Iran until 13 April 2022. It also added eight persons and three entities to this sanctions list in view of their role in the violent response to the November 2019 demonstrations in Iran.

The Council approved the allocation of €121.5 million from the EU budget to address urgent needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following a meeting in Ankara with President Erdoğan, President Michel reiterated the EU's strategic interest for a mutually beneficial and positive relationship with Turkey.
