Centrafrique: ouverture du procès contre François Bozizé, jugé par contumace

La Cour pénale spéciale a ouvert ce mardi à Bangui le procès de François Bozizé dans l’affaire de Bossembélé. En exil en Guinée-Bissau, l’ancien chef de l’État est jugé par contumace aux côtés de trois de ses principaux officiers militaires. Tous sont poursuivis pour des crimes contre l’humanité présumés commis entre 2009 et 2013 à Bangui, Bossembélé et Bouar. Il s’agit du sixième procès organisé par la Cour pénale spéciale depuis le début de ses activités en République centrafricaine en 2018.
