Amit Magyarországon megakadályozták a lakossági tiltakozások, azt bevezetik Oroszországban – várhatóan már a 3. negyedévtől kezdődően netadót kell fizetni. Az erről szóló törvényjavaslatot már a parlament elé terjesztette a Kulturális Minisztérium.

A javaslat évi 300 rubel, vagyis nagyjából 1300 forint befizetését írja elő minden egyes üzleti és lakossági előfizetés után, beleértve a mobilnetet is. A törvényjavaslat szerint az összeg egy – meg nem határozott részét – szerzői jogdíjként fizetik majd ki hangoskönyvek, videós tartalmak után.

A Gazdaságfejlesztési Operatív Program „Komplex vállalati technológiafejlesztés mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások számára” című konstrukciója keretében 63,97 millió forint vissza nem térítendő uniós támogatást nyert el az ÓVÁR Építőipari Kft.

A közel 160 millió forint összköltségű projekt során egy korszerű beton vasvágó és hajlító gép beszerzése mellett, új üzemcsarnok épült Mosonmagyaróváron.

Az Óvár Építőipari Kft. tevékenységi köre magas- és mélyépítési munkák kivitelezése, lakatos és vasszerelési munkák végzése. Eddig ezen feladatok végrehajtása a vállalkozás saját telephelyén történt 40-50 éves műhelyépületekben. Ezek az épületek jelentősebb felújításon nem estek át, így technológiai színvonaluk mára elavult lett, méretben sem voltak képesek kiszolgálni a termelési folyamatot, a termelés számára korszerűtlen körülményeket biztosítottak.

E problémák megoldására egy modern üzemi csarnok épült, benne egy kétszintes szociális épülettel, melynek hármas funkciója a lakatosmunkák, a vasszerelési munkák végzése, valamint az anyag- és eszközraktározás.

A projekt keretében egy korszerű betonvasvágó és hajlítógép beszerzése is megtörtént. A beruházás több szempontból indokolt és szükségszerű volt a kapacitáshiányok megszüntetése, a szűk keresztmetszetek feloldása miatt.

A fejlesztés eredményeként lehetőség nyílt az építőipari cég tevékenységének további bővítésére, költséghatékonyságának javítására. A beruházás egyúttal energia megtakarítást tesz lehetővé, és a dolgozók szociális körülményei is lényegesen javultak.

A GOP-2.1.1-12/B „Komplex vállalati technológiafejlesztés mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások számára” című pályázati kiíráson 63 970 618 forintos támogatást elnyert, 159 926 547 forint összköltségvetésű projekt 2013. november 4-én indult és 2014. december 31-én zárult.

A projekt az Európai Unió támogatásával, az Európai Regionális Fejlesztési Alap társfinanszírozásával valósult meg.

An anniversary is often a good moment for reflection and so it seemed the right time to look back over the last year and see what I have learnt about myself.

Retaking the controls of my own life

When I was telling people that I had decided to leave work and go to university in Australia, I generally got two comments: “You’re so brave” and “I’m so envious”. Looking back I don’t feel I was brave: I had just reached a point where something had to change and I couldn’t go on the way things were. It didn’t feel brave at all; it was almost inevitable. So I suppose the first lesson is, if you feel trapped or unhappy, the only real agent of change is yourself. However scary it is, the benefit of feeling you have control over your own destiny far outweighs the scary factor.

Learning is a great joy

Another big lesson of the last year has been that education is wasted on you when you’re young. I have got so much more out of this experience for having been away from education for a while, so much more than if I had done this straight out of university, or even 5 years later. I was so hungry for it when I arrived, and I have approached it as a privilege. I’ve taken many opportunities to learn in the broadest sense of the word, doing new things from sailing to start-up weekends.

Let it go

One of my favourite lessons has been the realisation that I don’t have to get things right first time. Any idea I have can be improved by working with other people, who will come at it from different angles and bring different perspectives that I could never have achieved. It’s not a sign of incompetence to let your work be improved by others. In fact, it’s a sign of strong emotional intelligence, and good sense.

Actually, I don’t always have to *have* an idea. Sitting back and letting things grow can also work well. I’ve taken that approach with setting up the Bayside Women’s Business Network – I had a view of what it should do, but I made an effort to let the group have its say and put forward its own ideas. In the end, the two are broadly similar, but I think it makes a difference both to me and them that it is a collaborative effort.

Happiness has a real value

Obviously I’m living on much less than I had when I was working full time, but I really don’t feel any difference in terms of material things. I still do the things I love, though I’m just a bit more careful about it. I have a comfortable home, I go out. But I am much much richer in personal terms and that makes a real difference to my life. I do work I enjoy, I set my own terms, I have a strong, supportive partner. It’s so easy to undervalue the importance of being happy. I’m so grateful that I had a chance to realise that while I still (touch wood!) have time to act on it. I’d be even happier if my dear friends and family were here with me, and maybe I should have valued them more when I was unhappy. That’s part of the perspective too, I suppose.

I don’t know what the future holds

Since I left school I’ve been on a path. One I chose, and was happy with for the most part. Year off, uni, European Fast Stream, Commission. But the path dwindled away and now I’m thrashing through the forest undergrowth trying to find a new one. That’s scary, but very exciting and it does seem that the new path is going to be in a different direction to the old one. Not radically different, I’m not going to run away and join a circus, but different enough. And its form is going to be different – I think for a while at least I’m going to try to develop the portfolio-type work I’ve been doing while I’ve been here. It suits my popcorn machine of a brain to have different projects going on! Doing things the way that works for me and keeps me fulfilled is much more important to me at the moment than having a ‘proper job’ with a title I can put on a business card. If I’m making it up as I go along, well, that’s fine by me.

L'EGE et la Japan University of Economics publient une étude internationale sur la Chine. L'étude internationale "China : a bird-eye view", fruit de la collaboration entre l'Ecole de Guerre Economique et la Japan University of Economics, vient de paraitre. Elle sera bientôt disponible sur les bookstores en anglais. Il n’est pas courant que deux structures de formation, l’une japonaise et l’autre française, décident de s’associer pour produire une publication académique sur la Chine. Cette étude China : a bird-eye view est une première du genre. Elle a été réalisée au cours des deux dernières années par une trentaine d’auteurs japonais et français. La Chine est une économie de combat qui méritait d’être étudiée sous ce double éclairage culturel. J'y contribue pour un article co-écrit avec Damien Fortat sur "Chinese Cyber strategy: from control to expansion".

Le dialogue entamé depuis 2012 entre la Japan University of Economics de Tokyo et l’Ecole de Guerre Economique à Paris a permis de bâtir une approche à la fois pluridisciplinaire dans la mesure où des experts et des universitaires des deux nationalités ont décidé de croiser leurs réflexions et leur retour d’expérience pour donner une grille de lecture à plusieurs entrées de la Chine d’aujourd’hui et de demain.

Első alkalommal tankolt egyidejűleg két repülőgépet is az Airbus A400M Atlas. Négy felszállás során 74 összekapcsolódást hajtott végre a légi üzemanyag utántöltésre is képes szállítógép a spanyol légierő F/A-18 Hornet vadászbombázóival és ezek során 27,2 tonna üzemanyagot szivattyúztak át, 6100 és 9150 méteres magasság között repülve.

A próbák során a gépek sebessége 333 és 555 km/h közötti tartományban mozgott. Szállítógép konfigurációban az A400M a felszállási ponttól 930 km-re eltávolodva 2 órán át képes a levegőben maradni és az 50,8 tonnányi üzemanyag készletéből 34 tonnát más gépek számára átadni.

Február 6-án a Hudong-Zhonghua hajóépítő vállalat vízre bocsátotta a második algériai megrendelésre épülő C28A korvettet. A három hajóra szóló, 2012 márciusában kelt megrendelés első egysége még tavaly augusztusban került vízre és várhatólag ez év májusában kerül átadásra. A második korvett is még december végéig a megrendelőhöz kerül az ütemterv szerint.

A C28A korvettek mintegy 120 méter hosszúak, 14,4 méter szélesek, és 3,87 méteres merüléssel bírnak, vízkiszorításuk 2900 tonna. A csökkentett radarkeresztmetszetű felépítménnyel rendelkező C28A korvettek fegyverzetét egy NORINCO 76 mm-es hajóágyú, nyolc C-802-es hajók elleni robotrepülőgép, egy FM90N légvédelmirakéta-indító (nyolc rakétával), valamint két Type 730-as hétcsövű 30 mm-es légvédelmi gépágyú alkotja. A tatrészen egy helikopter leszállására alkalmas terület lett kialakítva, amihez egy hangár is tartozik.

Már az 50. F-35B Lightning II-es vadászbombázó is elkezdett testet ölteni. Az amerikai tengerészgyalogság számára leszállítandó példány törzs-hátsórészét a BAE Systems Lancashire-i üzemében készítették el. A gép a Lockheed Martin Texasban található üzemében kerül majd összeszerelésre.

B. Rougier, S. Lacroix (dirs), L’Egypte en révolutions, PUF, Paris, 2015


L’ouvrage dirigé par Bernard Rougier et Stéphane Lacroix, au lendemain d’événements égyptiens toujours inaboutis, était attendu. Il rassemble une large collection d’auteurs internationaux, français, européens, nord-américains, arabes, confirmés ou plus jeunes dans la carrière, pour une analyse fine des processus politiques en cours aujourd’hui dans ce pays charnière des équilibres stratégiques proche-orientaux et méditerranéens. Dans une introduction qui synthétise et clarifie remarquablement le fil des événements jusqu’à la fin 2014, les deux directeurs de l’ouvrage distinguent cinq dynamiques à l’œuvre, qui se combinent : révolutionnaire, libérale, islamiste, syndicale et militaire. Tour à tour sont passés au crible l’échec politique des frères musulmans, la sociologie politique des évolutions institutionnelles, les acteurs sociaux (salafistes, terroristes, ouvriers, coptes, citoyens urbains…) qui furent au cœur des événements, tandis qu’une série de portraits clôture utilement l’ouvrage, donnant corps à ce tableau saisissant.
Pour démonter un par un les ressorts du puzzle égyptien, les auteurs ont recours à de nombreux concepts centraux de la science politique : populisme, charisme, conservatisme, radicalisation, contestation… des terrains les plus balisés (mais difficiles d’accès, comme les urnes au lendemain des dépouillements) jusqu’aux plus fermés (la production du terrorisme au Sinaï). L’addition des notions mobilisées ici finit par nous convaincre qu’aucune explication simpliste, aucun schéma binaire ni manichéen, ne saurait donner une image juste de ces enchevêtrements vertigineux. Incapables de passer à la légalité sans ménager correctement les acteurs lourds d’un système ciselé par plusieurs décennies d’autoritarisme et de prébendes sous Moubarak, les Frères n’ont su imposer leur « populisme social » (Amr Adly), et se sont vus rejetés par les urnes. A cet égard, l’enquête menée par Bernard Rougier et Hala Bayoumi révèle plusieurs points contre-intuitifs. Outre le retour de la ville (autrefois abstentionniste) dans le jeu électoral, et la chute libre du vote islamiste d’une élection à l’autre sur la séquence 2011-2013, on apprend que les quatre plus grandes villes d’Egypte ont été particulièrement réticentes au vote islamiste. C’est la radicalisation de la Haute Egypte qui a permis l’élection de Morsi en juin 2012, tandis que la vallée du Nil aurait porté au second tour Ahmed Chafiq et Hamdin Sabbahi. D’autres contributions attirent également l’attention. Gaëtan du Roy relit avec finesse la question copte, en distinguant au sein de cette communauté un courant porté sur l’égyptianité, et un autre plus charismatique et prosélyte, inscrivant les coptes dans la chrétienté internationale avec des méthodes qui peuvent rappeler celles des évangélistes américains. Sur le Sinaï, Ismaïl Alexandrani démonte les rouages de l’entreprise terroriste, qui table sur des décennies de marginalisation / exclusion politique des habitants de la zone, depuis le retrait israélien. Enfin, les portraits des acteurs principaux de la tragédie égyptiennes sont restitués avec talent, notamment à la fin de l’ouvrage par Tewfiq Aclimandos pour Abd al-Fattah al-Sissi, et plus haut dans l’ouvrage par Stéphane Lacroix Ahmed Zaghloul Chalata pour le charismatique salafiste Hazim Salah Abou Isma’il, évincé de la course au pouvoir.
Ce travail, surtout, vient nous convaincre un peu plus encore que la relance des études moyen-orientales en France est une nécessité. Bernard Rougier et Stéphane Lacroix n’ont pas choisi, pour ce faire, la solution facile d’un ensemble de slogans attractifs. Ils ont fait le pari, autrement plus risqué mais autrement plus payant, de nous exposer la complexité de la tâche à accomplir pour atteindre une compréhension acceptable de la situation égyptienne. Leur talent est d’avoir rendu cette complexité abordable. Leur mérite est de nous avoir convaincu de l’exigence politique qu’il y avait à poursuivre dans cette voie. Un mot enfin, à l’occasion de cette parution, pour saluer l’indispensable travail de fond effectué par nos instituts de recherche à l’étranger, en l’occurrence le CEDEJ du Caire, dont le quotidien, dans ces situations politiques difficiles, est loin d’être aisé.

A „Vállalatok komplex technológiai innovációjának támogatása” elnevezésű pályázati kiíráson a TERVÁN Kft. közel 58,83 millió forint vissza nem térítendő uniós támogatást nyert el.

A 130,73 millió forintot meghaladó összköltségvetésű projekt során új típusú, axiális átömlésű, forgókamrás, térfogat kiszorítású szivattyú fejlesztése történt.

A cég fő tevékenysége gáz- és olajvezetékek építéséhez kapcsolódó nagytömegű földmunka végzése, tartályok tűzvédelmi csőhálózatának kiépítése, javítások elvégzése, az ehhez tartozó tervezések, havária elhárítási feladatok, diagnosztikai vizsgálatok, valamint termékforgalmazás.

A projekt célja egy új típusú, axiális átömlésű, forgókamrás, térfogat kiszorítású szivattyú fejlesztése volt a TERVÁN Kft-nél. A fejlesztés négy munkafolyamatból állt: a tervezés és specifikálás, a szivattyú prototípus kidolgozásának, a szivattyútesztelés, valamint a végleges szivattyú elkészítésének munkaszakaszából.

A térfogat kiszorításos elven működő, axiális átömlésű berendezés, mint szivattyú az elektromos energia felhasználásával növeli a közeg munkaképességét; mint generátor, a csőben áramló folyadékok és gázok kinetikai és nyomásenergiáját elektromos energiává alakítja át.

A forgórészek statikus és dinamikus kiegyensúlyozottsága nagy fordulatszámoknál is rezgésmentes üzemet biztosít, a volumetrikus elv maradéktalan érvényesítése folytán pedig fordulatszáma, illetve a forgó elemek szögsebessége az átáramló közeg mennyiségével mindenkor arányos.
 
Az új, korszerű elven működő áramlási berendezések a mezőgazdaság és ipar területén igen széles körben használhatók többféle megvalósítási formában.

Az 58 829 463 Ft támogatást elnyert, 130 732 140 Ft összköltségű fejlesztési projekt 2012. augusztus 1-én indult és 2014. július 30-án zárult.

A projekt az Európai Unió támogatásával, az Európai Regionális Fejlesztési Alap társfinanszírozásával valósult meg.
