A Széchenyi Terv Plusz program Gazdaságfejlesztési és Innovációs Operatív Program Plusz pályázati felhívásán 312,43 millió forint feltételesen visszatérítendő európai uniós támogatást nyert el a V-CASTING Kft. A vállalat 568,06 millió forint összköltségű projektje során termelési kapacitását bővítette és hatékonyságát javította új, technológiai korszerűsítést eredményező eszközbeszerzésekkel, valamint talajra telepített napelemes rendszerrel.

A V-CASTING Öntödei Termelő és Szolgáltató Kft. az elmúlt években a nyomásos öntés területén komoly külföldi és hazai piaci vevői kapcsolatokra és jelentős árbevétel növekedésre tett szert. A vállalkozás a projekt megvalósítása eredményeképpen a modernizálással a termelés hatékonyságának növelését és a minőségi mutatók javulását kívánta elérni. A megvásárolt új eszközök javítják a cég technológiai felkészültségét, versenyképességét és erőforrás-hatékonyságát, ezáltal növekszik a vállalkozás árbevétele és jövedelemtermelő képessége.

A technológiai bővítés és modernizálás részeként beszerzésre kerültek a következő berendezések: 1 db WOLLIN 308728 robot lefúvó, 1 db WOLLIN 703762 robot lefúvó és 1 db WOLLIN Powerspray PSM2F lefúvó. Az öntés folyamatában nagy szerepe van az öntőszerszámok kenő és leválasztóanyaggal történő kezelésének, ennek szabályozását teszik lehetővé a lefúvó fejek, optimalizálják a kenőanyag mennyiségét. Az ABB IRB 2600-12/1.65 6 tengelyes öntödei robotok (5 db) alkalmazása lehetővé teszi a kezelendő felületek pontosabb meghatározását, a kézi kenés kiváltását, ezáltal a hatékonyabb munkavégzést. A Trebi AFChs sorjázó robotok (2 db) az öntést követő művelet, a sorjázás automatizálásával a munkaerő hatékonyabb kihasználását, valamint termelékenység növelését biztosítják. A cég által öntött termékek Brother Speedio R650 X2 CNC géppel való megmunkálásával pedig a hozzáadott érték és jövedelemtermelő képesség növekszik. A gyártott redőnytokok esetében a festék tapadását egyik legjobban befolyásoló tényező a felület minősége.

A zsírtalanítás pedig a felület előkészítésének első kulcsfontosságú fázisa, melyhez nagyban hozzájárul mostantól az új EVT GIGANT zsírtalanító berendezés. A vállalat működésében a vezérlés modernizálása is szükséges volt, hogy az IPAR 4 vezérlő szoftver teljes egészében felügyelhesse a kemencék működését. Ennek jegyében 6 db Westomat vezérlőegység beszerzése történt meg a Westomat hőtartó kemencék vezérlésére.

A projekt infrastrukturális beruházásaként az öntőgépeknél keletkező olajköd- és olajfüst központi elszívására és szűrésére 1 db A.Smoke160T Die Casting típusú Absolent olajfüst-leválasztó, valamint a megvalósítási helyszínen 479,89 kW teljesítményű napelem rendszer talajra telepítése valósult meg, mely utóbbival jelentős energiaköltség megtakarítás érhető el.

A cég továbbá stratégiai és üzleti tervezési szolgáltatás bevonásával kívánta a jövőbeli működését még hatékonyabbá tenni, hogy stratégiájának alakítása, jövőbeni beruházásai üzleti számításokkal és szélesebb körű tanácsadási támogatással is alátámasztottak legyenek. A vállalkozás az alkalmazottak tudását folyamatosan fejleszti. Egy fő munkavállaló minőségellenőri ismeretek, 3 fő munkavállaló autóipari minőségtechnikák I. témakörben és egy fő angol képzésen vett részt.

A Széchenyi Terv Plusz program GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.1-21 kódszámú, „A mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások modern üzleti és termelési kihívásokhoz való alkalmazkodását segítő fejlesztések támogatása” című kiírásán 312 434 863 forint támogatást elnyert, 568 063 389 forint összköltségvetésű fejlesztés 2021. szeptember 1-én indult és 2023. június 30-án zárult.

 

A GINOP „A mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások modern üzleti és termelési kihívásokhoz való alkalmazkodását segítő fejlesztések támogatása” (technikai felhívás) című kiírásán 268,68 millió forint feltételesen vissza nem térítendő európai uniós támogatást nyert el a mezőberényi Nett Front Kft.

A cég 383,83 millió forint összköltségű projektje során gyártástechnológiai eszközparkját fejlesztette és új csarnokot épített.

A 2003-ban alapított Nett Front Kft. bútorajtó frontok széles választékát kínálja vevőinek. Termékeik hamar ismertté és közkedveltté váltak, így piacvezetők lettek a bútorfrontok értékesítésében Magyarországon. Mára már kibővült a cég termékpalettája, és folyamatos gyártásfejlesztésüknek köszönhetően a nagy szakmai és gyakorlati tapasztalatot igénylő antikolt és festett ajtófrontok is megtalálhatók a választékukban.

A vállalkozás a jelenlegi projekt keretében új csarnok építését és gyártótechnika technológiai fejlesztését valósította meg mezőberényi telephelyén, mellyel hatékonyságának és gyártókapacitásának növelése volt a cél. Az innovatív gyártástechnológiát képviselő gépekkel egy olyan technológiát kívántak meghonosítani, ami a régióban is egyedülálló. A beruházással egy előremutató fejlesztést vittek végbe a cég hazai és export hatékonyságának növelése érdekében. Éppen ezért a beszerzett, bútorgyártáshoz elengedhetetlen gépek hatékonyságot, rugalmasságot, pontosságot és a minőséget is növelik, ami egyrészt azt eredményezi, hogy egy egyedülálló termékskálát tudnak létrehozni. Olyan felszerszámozottsággal és olyan széles termékpalettával, ami szintén egyedülálló a régióban, az egészen egyszerűbb műszaki tudású termékektől kezdve a passzív házakba is beépíthető legmagasabb tudású bútorokig.

A projekt leghangsúlyosabb eleme a gépbeszerzések és a biokazán üzembe helyezése mellett egy új modern gyártócsarnok megépítése volt, ahova számos gyártási folyamatot is áthelyeztek. A pályázat keretein belül beszerzett eszközöket is ebben a csarnokban helyezték üzembe. Az 1 db VIET Opera R2.3 3A3A robot csiszoló az egyik legmodernebb, automatizált felületkezelési alkalmazásban bevethető eszköz, nagyoló és finom csiszolásig. Érzékelőképességének köszönhetően pontosan alkalmazkodik a különböző felületekhez és alkatrészek egyenetlenségéhez. Az 1 db BIESSE STREAM élzáróautomata egy gépkezelő irányításával önállóan képes dolgozni, emellett vonalkód leolvasó rendszerrel rendelkezik, ami révén lehetőség van programok előhívására vonalkódból, így kizárva a kezelői tévedést. A fejlesztés eredményeként a Nett Front Kft. az új eszközök beszerzésével termékportfólióját bővítette, gyártási volumenét és a termékek hozzáadott értékét növelte. Az üzembe állított új berendezések hatékonysága minőségben is mérhető lesz. Ez a minőség biztosítja a cég piacképességét és költséghatékony működését, valamint a versenyképességét is garantálja.

A GINOP-1.2.16-22 számú pályázati kiíráson 268 683 344 forint uniós támogatást elnyert, 383 833 348 forint összköltségvetésű fejlesztés 2021. augusztus 23-án indult és 2023. július 31-én zárult.

A Gazdaságfejlesztési és Innovációs Operatív Program „A mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások modern üzleti és termelési kihívásokhoz való alkalmazkodását segítő fejlesztések támogatása” (technikai felhívás) című kiírásán 121,13 millió forint feltételesen vissza nem térítendő európai uniós támogatást nyert el a békéscsabai Komlódi Trans Kft. A cég 173,04 millió forint összköltségű projektje során rakodódaruk beszerzése mellett innovatív szerviztechnológiát képviselő gépekkel felszerelt szerelőműhelyt épített.

A Komlódi Trans Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Kft. 2013-ban kezdte meg önálló működését, Békéscsabán. A vállalkozás fő profilja a raklapos építőanyagok szállítása mind nyerges, mind pedig darus szerelvényekkel. Ezt a tevékenységi kört kiegészítve kezdték meg 2020-ban a túlméretes, speciális szállítmányozást.

A projekt keretében a Komlódi Trans Kft. a pályázati felhívásban szereplő két projektelemet: eszközbeszerzést és új épület létesítését valósította meg. Az épület cca 500nm alapterületű, és a délkelet-magyarországi régió legmodernebb darus gépjármű szerelő műhelye lett a piacon elérhető legmodernebb technológiával felszerelve. Az új, a mai kor legmodernebb igényeinek megfelelő személy/tehergépjármű szerelőműhellyel kapacitásuk és hatékonyságuk növelése volt a cél. Az infrastruktúra fejlesztését a környezetvédelmi szempontok figyelembevételével, az elérhető legjobb technika alkalmazásával végezték, energiatakarékos megoldások bevezetésére törekedtek.

A vállalkozás új csarnokának/műhelyének létesítése egy új értékesítési pont, ahol a meglévő ügyfélkör igényeit ki tudják elégíteni, továbbá az új szerelőműhellyel újabb ügyfeleket tudnak generálni, ami árbevételt és eredményt fog növelni. A fejlesztés célja a kistérségben elért piaci pozíciójuk megtartása és erősítése, eredményességük és árbevételük növelése, ezáltal a munkahelyek megtartása és a foglalkoztatottság növelése volt.

A projekt keretében beszerzett 5 db új HIAB X-HiDuo 118BS-3 típusú rádiótávvezérlésű hidraulikus rakodódarut is a projekt megvalósítási helyszínén (5600 Békéscsaba, Ipari út 5/3. 6144/26 hrsz) helyezték üzembe. Ezek az eszközök a vállalkozás fa- és építőanyag nagykereskedelmi tevékenységéhez szorosan kapcsolódnak. A cég felismerte az önrakodós teherautók nyújtotta lehetőségeket, és a daruzási, valamint az építőanyag értékesítés növekedésével a piaci igények szerint bővítették tovább vállalkozásukat. Így az áru rendeltetési helyére való megérkezése után sem kell külön lepakolásról gondoskodni, ezáltal komplex megoldást nyújtva ügyfeleiknek. A beszerzett eszközök a piacon elérhető legmodernebb technológiával felszereltek, és hosszútávon biztosítani tudják a vállalkozás versenyképességét.

A GINOP-1.2.16-22 számú pályázati kiíráson 121 125 613 forint európai uniós támogatást elnyert, 173 036 590 forint összköltségvetésű fejlesztés 2021. november 16-án indult és 2023. július 31-én zárult.

 

Chana Nachenberg, an American, died on May 31.

She was the last of the 16 victims of the Sbarro Massacre to die, the last victim of the Hamas terrorist  Ahlam Tamimi who masterminded that terrorist attack and lives today in Jordan, free and something of a celebrity.

If the US is frustrated by Jordan's refusal to honor its extradition treaty and hand over the terrorist, it is hiding it well. On May 25, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement on the 77th anniversary of Jordanian independence:

The United States and Jordan share an enduring, strategic relationship deeply rooted in shared interests and values. We appreciate the important role Jordan plays in promoting peace and security across the region and countering violent extremism. (emphasis added)

During her hearing a few weeks ago on her nomination as the next US Ambassador to Jordan, Yael Lempert resisted Sen. Ted Cruz's suggestion that every tool should be used in order to pressure Jordan into honoring its treaty, including withholding aid. Lempert replied:

I think that that would need to be weighed very carefully against the range of issues and priorities that we have with the Jordanians before considering such a step, which I think would be profound.Of course, Lempert added the expected, "I think that what I can confirm to you is that I will do everything in my power to ensure that Ahlam Tamimi faces justice in the United States," but the impression remains that somehow in the interests of Middle East peace, the US has to be careful not to apply too much pressure, that special considerations need to be taken into account.

But it's not that Jordan is completely opposed to extraditing terrorists.

Just last month, Jordan agreed with UAE to extradite Khalaf Abdul Rahman Al-Rumaithi. According to UAE, Al-Rumaithi was a wanted terrorist they had tried in absentia and sentenced to 15 years for "establishing a secret organization affiliated with the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood." On the other hand, HRW claimed he was one of the victims of the mass trials of 94 government critics of the government, resulting in 69 convictions. The Jordanian court opposed the extradition, yet Al-Rumaithi ended up being extradited anyway.

That is an interesting counterpoint to the case of Ahlam Tamimi, where the court also opposed extradition, yet despite a formal treaty, the court's decision stood, while in the case of UAE, the decision -- and authority -- of the Jordanian court was pushed aside. Arnold Roth, whose daughter was one of Tamimi's victims, pointed out the double standard:

Mark Dubowitz of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies suggested that a different consideration was at play:

Of course, the difference might be whether the victims were Arabs -- or Jews.

This inability of the US to pressure Arab countries on the issue of terrorism -- even when the US provides funding -- is evident in US relations with the Palestinian Authority as well.

At the end of May, US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. During her testimony, Leaf admitted that the PA was still making "pay-to-slay" payments to the terrorists including the families of terrorists who killed Americans and Israelis.“We are working to bring pay-to-slay to an end. Period,” Leaf said. Asked if the administration had succeeded, Leaf replied, “not yet.”Is the Biden administration working as hard to end "pay-to-slay" as it is on getting Jordan to extradite Tamimi, who is responsible for the Americans who died in the Sbarro Massacre?
Putting aside the claim by the White House that they can bypass both the PA and the PLO and provide money directly to the Palestinian Arabs without violating the Taylor Force Act, why is the Biden Administration welcoming terrorists to the White House?

As Sen. Cruz put it: 

You sent a report to Congress that officially certified that the Palestinian Authority and the PLO…have not met the legal requirements for ‘terminating payments for acts of terrorism against Israeli and US citizens. Now publicly, the administration defends engaging with terrorists, you claim things are going well, but when you file a statutorily mandated report with Congress, you admit the PLO is continuing what are called ‘pay-to-slay’ payments. They are paying for terrorists to murder Americans and to murder Israelis. And nonetheless, this administration is bringing those terrorist leaders to Washington, is bringing them to cocktail parties to wine and dine political leaders. [emphasis added]Is this so different from King Abdullah II of Jordan being welcomed in the US and praised as a great friend of the US and ally in the fight against terrorism, while he refuses to honor his extradition treaty with the US and harbors the women who masterminded the Sbarro Massacre which killed Americans?

This possibility of a double standard when it comes to Middle East terrorism that affects Americans was expressed out loud in 2016 during a hearing before the Subcommittee on National Security of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The subject was Seeking Justice for Victims of Palestinian Terrorism in Israel. Chairing the hearing was then-Congressman Ron DeSantis. The issue was the Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism within the Department of Justice and whether it was fulfilling its function in obtaining justice for the families of the victims of Palestinian terrorism.

At one point, DeSantis addressed Brad Wiegmann, Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the US Department of Justice. It became clear that there was a discrepancy between the number of terrorists being brought to justice who killed Americans in the Middle East as opposed to terrorists who killed Americans anywhere else in the world:

Mr. DeSantis: Mr. Wiegmann, the committee has counted that since '93, at least 64 Americans have been killed, as well as two unborn children, and 91 have been wounded by terrorists in Israel in disputed territories.

How many terrorists who have killed or wounded Americans in Israel or disputed territories has the United States indicted, extradited, or prosecuted during this time period?

Mr. Wiegmann: I think the answer is--is none.

Mr. DeSantis: Okay. How many terrorists who have killed or wounded Americans anywhere else overseas has the United States indicted, extradited, or prosecuted?

Mr. Wiegmann: I don't have an exact figure for you.

Mr. DeSantis: But it would be a decent size number, though, correct?  Mr. Wiegmann: It would be a significant number, yes.

A little later, DeSantis looked for an explanation for this discrepancy:
Mr. DeSantis: Now, it's- been alleged that the reason that DOJ does not prosecute the Palestinian terrorists who harm Americans in Israel, the disputed territories, is that the Department of Justice is concerned that such prosecutions will harm efforts to promote the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, or that it will actually harm the Palestinian Authority.
So let me ask you straight up, is that a consideration the Department of Justice?
Mr. Wiegmann: I can assure that is obsolutely not the case.
Mr. DeSantis: And has the State Department ever made arguments to the Department of Justice to handle some of the Palestinian terrorism cases differently than you may normally handle, say, a terrorism case in Asia?
Mr. Wiegmann: Absolutely not.

Wiegmann says flat out in his testimony that there is no consideration making the US pull their punches when it comes to bringing Palestinian terrorists to justice -- neither a concern for possible harm to the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, nor a concern that extraditing Palestinian terrorists might harm the Palestinian Authority.
Yet those suspicions persist and now some believe that it is Jordan that the US is concerned might be harmed by insisting on extraditing the terrorist responsible for the deaths of Americans, even as we see that there are considerations that cause Jordan to extradite to a fellow Arab country but not to its US ally.
There is nothing to indicate that Wiegmann was not telling the truth.
Yet the fact remains that American survivors of Palestinian terrorism, the families of the victims -- and the families who lost loved ones in the Sbarro Massacre are not getting the justice that was promised to them and that they deserve.
If this is not because of political reasons, then what is the reason?

Az Országos Korányi Pulmonológiai Intézet (OKPI) németországi és csehországi tanulmányutak és eszközbeszerzések mellett nemzetközi együttműködésének tapasztalatai alapján két új, fejlett gyógyító eljárást (ECMO, MWA) vezetett be.

Az Intézet a projekthez a Széchenyi 2020 program „Országos Intézetek transznacionális és innovációs fejlesztései” című felhívása keretében 296,82 millió forint vissza nem térítendő európai uniós támogatást nyert el.

A német és csehországi partnerintézmények gyakorlati tapasztalataira építve, a projekt keretében az OKPI két új, fejlett gyógyító eljárást vezetett be: a légzési nehézségben szenvedők intenzív osztályos ellátásához (extrakorporális membránoxigenizáció, ECMO), illetve a daganatok mikrohullámmal történő elpusztításához köthetően (mikrohullámú tumorabláció, MWA).

A németországi és csehországi partnereiknél a légzési elégtelenségben szenvedők intenzív osztályos ECMO kezelése, a betegek ECMO transzportja magas színvonalon zajlik. A német intézmény a mikrohullámú tumorablációval kapcsolatban több éves szakmai és gyakorlati tapasztalattal rendelkezik a tüdődaganatok, valamint a máj- mellékvese- csont- és egyéb lágyrész-daganatok kezelésében.

A transznacionális projekt keretében a célcsoportot képező OKPI munkatársai 11 alkalommal utaztak ki külföldi partnereikhez. A tanulmányutak célja az intézetben fejleszteni kívánt egészségügyi szolgáltatáshoz kapcsolódó két új, fejlett gyógyító eljárás szakmai, infrastrukturális eszközparkjának, valamint a terápiás lehetőségek gyakorlatának megismerése, és az ellátás során alkalmazott újszerű jó gyakorlatok, módszerek azonosítása, illetve adaptációja volt a hazai ellátási viszonyokra. A hazai bevezetéshez elengedhetetlen volt az ellátásszervezéshez kapcsolódó kérdéskörök számbavétele, a hazai bevezetést elősegítő szakmai javaslatok megismerése is.

Az EFOP-5.2.6-20 számú pályázati kiíráson 100%-os támogatást elnyert, 296 822 020 forint összköltségvetésű fejlesztés 2021. március 21-én indult és 2023. június 30-án zárult.

I recently had the opportunity to interview the author Alex Ryvchin on his new book which presents a different approach to addressing antisemitism.

The answers have been slightly edited for clarity,

Over the years, many books have been written about antisemitism from different perspectives. How is your book different?

Many books have addressed the ‘why’ of antisemitism. Why are the Jews so hated? Why have such things been inflicted on them? Why do they continue to be targeted? This book will go some way to explaining the 'why' but my central interest is the ‘how’? How does antisemitism function in practice? How is it transmitted around the world and generation to generation. 

This question of ‘how’ led me to the seven deadly myths. It is through this complex and well-honed mythology that antisemitism thrives. As Isaac Herzog said in reference to my book: 

By shifting emphasis from the ‘why’ of this puzzling and dangerous phenomenon to the ‘how’ of the mechanics of its transmission, Ryvchin points to the possibility of actually confronting and diffusing it.

You mention in your book that it could be used in the classroom. There is discussion about Holocaust education -- and how it has failed, both in making people knowledgeable and in changing attitudes. What do you think are some of the causes for this and how would your book and a curriculum based on it overcome these problems?

Holocaust education is vital and I support it entirely. Within the study of the Holocaust we learn not only about the process by which the European Jews were destroyed, we observe everything of which man is capable of – sadism, cruelty, heroism, strength, apathy and cowardice. But in terms of understanding the hatred of the Jews, the Holocaust answers few questions. In fact, it raises these questions to fever pitch and leaves them unresolved. This is why despite so many admirable endeavors in Holocaust commemoration and education, antisemitism has continued to rise. 

Trying to understand antisemitism through the Holocaust is also highly problematic as it positions antisemitism as a historical event and not something in the here and now. It would be like trying to teach anti-Black racism and ending the story with the Civil War and the Emancipation Proclamation. It also falsely positions it as solely a product of race science, fascism and totalitarianism which completely ignores its political and religious sources and manifestations. 

This has all contributed to the extremely limited and poor understanding of antisemitism in society, despite it being the most lethal and persistent hatred. This is why it is essential to teach antisemitism itself, what it looks like, how it is expressed, what it continues to do to our communities and wider society.

Why do you think antisemitism persists even after the Holocaust -- why wasn't the world "scared straight" by the murder of 6 million Jews? 

Because antisemitism was too ingrained. Antisemitism was soaked into the world’s consciousness through centuries of lies, mythology and propaganda. It emanated from religious sources, nationalist heroes and popular culture. Even the horror of the Holocaust and the most devastating war in history could not dislodge it. 

As is often forgotten, Jews continued to be massacred in Europe even after liberation from Nazi occupation. To give one example, the Polish Peasants Party passed a resolution in 1946 thanking Hitler for destroying the Jews and calling for the expulsion of any survivors. Forty-two Jewish survivors were clubbed to death in Kielce, Poland. One of the heroes of the Sobibor Camp Uprising was murdered by nationalists after escaping a camp which had virtually no survivors. So of course, today, when the Holocaust is considered ancient history to many, the same myths and conspiracy theories that made it possible, are resurgent.

If, as you write, antisemitism is not just a result of bad information but is a result of "a defect in reasoning" what is the best we can hope to accomplish in the fight against antisemitism?

Our aim in fighting antisemitism is not elimination – it is a disease without a cure. Our aim is to inoculate as many people as possible from catching it. 

There are only two ways to do this. The first is education. But it must be the right education. If we can systematically debunk antisemitic mythology, as my book does, far fewer people will be susceptible to it. Once this education occurs, there has to be engagement. The mythical Jew – bloodthirsty, all-powerful, vengeful, obsessed with money cannot coexist with the real, flesh and blood Jew. The more that people see the real Jew, the weaker these myths become.

Considering the longevity and intensity of antisemitism, to what do you ascribe the survival of Jews and the Jewish identity?

Antisemitism has certainly been a contributing factor to our tenacity. It has hardened our minds and matured our souls. Being hated and excluded also makes us seek familiar company. 

But the secret to our survival, in my view, stems from our perspective on life which stems from our teachings, our traditions and national holidays. We live life as though on a mission. This gives us our restless energy, our refusal to be bystanders and our refusal to submit and die. We have important work to do.

You write that your book is not only for the classroom but also for policymakers -- how could you see your book being used? 

During my recent US book tour, I had the honor of presenting to law enforcement about my book. They were fascinated by this approach of reducing antisemitism into these 7 deadly myths. This provided them with a clear means of monitoring antisemitism, seeing the sorts of mental processes that lead to horrific acts and enabling them to prevent hate crimes in future. 

This education is really critical to understanding antisemitism, how it works and how it can be stopped. Antisemitism is so poorly understood and any plan to combat it must begin by overcoming this. This is where my book can be really helpful.

A Széchenyi Terv Plusz program Gazdaságfejlesztési és Innovációs Operatív Program Plusz pályázati felhívásán 287,55 millió forint feltételesen vissza nem térítendő európai uniós támogatást nyert el a TOM-FERR Zrt.

A vállalat 718,88 millió forint összköltségű projektje során termelési kapacitását bővíti a nemzetközi piacokra lépés érdekében új, technológiai korszerűsítést eredményező eszközbeszerzésekkel, valamint a tatai csőgyár és az autóalkatrész-gyártó gyáregység két épületére napelemtelepítést valósít meg.

A TOM-FERR Zrt. acélcső-kereskedelemmel, csőgyártással és autóipari alkatrészgyártással foglalkozik, fémmegmunkáló gyártási tevékenységet folytat az autó- és a haszongépjármű ipar számára. A projekt fejlesztendő tevékenysége a fémmegmunkálás, a tervezett tevékenységek ehhez kapcsolódnak és ezt erősítik.

A projekt keretében az új, élvonalbeli technológiát képviselő fiber lézer technológiával működő csőlézer beszerzése hozzájárul a vállalat azon céljához, hogy a német piacon közvetlenül OEM gyártók beszállítójává váljon azáltal, hogy a berendezéssel új típusú csövek, új alkatrészek előállítására lesz képes. A HSA 300 hidraulikus prés eszköz pedig megnövelt, 300 tonnás nyomóerővel jelentősen növeli majd a gyártás hatékonyságát, mert kifejezetten az autóiparra specializált kialakítása az időhatékonyság, a magas fokú biztonság és a magas szintű precizitás követelményeit is teljesíti, élvonalbeli technológiát képvisel.

A BLM ELACT 63 CNC csőhajlító berendezés összetett és sokrétű cső és csőkomponensek gyártására, minőségi anyagokból kis és a közepes tételekben történő gyártásra alkalmas. Ezen gyártástechnológiai megoldásokkal a vállalkozás be tud kapcsolódni a nagyobb teherbírású részegységek alkatrészeinek gyártásába, mint a vonóhorog szerkezetek, a futómű hátsó hídjainak összekötő acélcsövei, ahol nagyobb átmérőjű és falvastagságú csőalkatrészek gyártására van szükség. A termékpaletta szélesítésével a cég új termékekkel szerezhet további vevőket, új, ígéretes szegmensekben.

A projekt során a meglévő ERP rendszerbe integrálva egy gyártástervező modul beszerzése is megvalósul, mellyel tovább növelhető a termelési folyamatok automatizálása és az IPAR 4.0 elemek használata. Az automatizáció és a technológiai színvonal növelésével párhuzamosan a működési költségek mérséklése is szükséges a versenyképesség érdekében, ezért a vállalat a gyáregységek tetőfelületeire napelemrendszer telepítését valósítja meg.

A fejlesztésekkel párhuzamosan a vállalat 2022-2023 között több iparági nemzetközi vásáron is részt vesz kiállítóként és képviselteti magát a fontos konferenciákon. A szakvásárokon és fórumokon való részvétellel a vállalat tovább növeli a projekt komplexitását és erősíti annak célját, mely szerint a technológiai korszerűsítések és az élvonalbeli technológiák alkalmazásának segítségével stabilizálja helyét az értékláncban és magasabb pozícióra tegyen szert.

A Széchenyi Terv Plusz program GINOP_PLUSZ-1.1.2-21 számú, „Magyar Multi Program - A kiemelkedő teljesítményű, valamint jelentős növekedési potenciállal rendelkező mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások támogatása” című kiírásán 287 553 563 forint támogatást elnyert, 718 883 908 forint összköltségvetésű fejlesztés várhatóan 2023. október 2-án zárul.

There is widespread consensus among analysts that, although Russia and China have been moving toward closer cooperation through the entire post-Soviet era, the trend has accelerated rapidly since 2014. The specter of a Russian-Chinese partnership is deeply threatening to the United States, not only because it makes U.S. military planning more challenging, but also because it raises the possibility of two formidable adversaries joining forces to counter U.S. interests and potentially working in concert to attack U.S allies.

The strategic partnership, first established in 2001, was boosted in the mid-2010s by Russian leaders’ belief that Russia needed to seek out alternative relationships to survive its sudden confrontation with the West. China was the obvious candidate because it had a suitably large economy, was friendly to Russia, and was not planning to impose sanctions in response to the 2014 invasion of Ukraine. Xi Jinping’s rise to power also has contributed to a deepening of the partnership, as China under Xi shares President Vladimir Putin’s concern with regime security and the two leaders increasingly align on issues of global and regional security. Moreover, the two countries had a record of cooperation dating back to the early 1990s that could serve as a basis for expanded cooperation.

This article summarizes a CNA report that tested this proposition. To do so, we focused on measuring military cooperation, specifically on military diplomacy and other political aspects of the defense relationship, military-technical cooperation, and exercises and joint operations. Our goal is to provide an analysis of the dynamic of the cooperative relationship in the period since 2014, including a discussion of what the relationship allows the two partners to accomplish together that they cannot do alone, and what analysts can infer about where this bilateral relationship is headed.

Starting from May, Russia may start buying foreign currency for its reserves again. The country's budget has stabilized thanks to the growth of oil and gas export revenues, Bloomberg reports. The growth in revenues from the sale of energy products is already close to the target level. Since February of this year, the Russian Ministry of Finance has been selling reserves in Chinese yuan to cover the budget deficit. In April, sales collapsed by 50 percent compared to the beginning of the year. From May, purchases are likely to begin, Bloomberg notes. Such purchases can be relatively small at first — an equivalent of about $200 million in yuan. For the time being, Russia currently replenishes the National Welfare Fund only by purchasing Chinese currency.
