Az EU-ba irányuló, nem alapvetően szükséges utazások ideiglenes korlátozásának fokozatos feloldásáról szóló ajánlás szerinti felülvizsgálatot követően a Tanács naprakésszé tette azon országok, különleges közigazgatási területek, valamint egyéb entitások és területi hatóságok jegyzékét, amelyek esetében fel kell oldani az utazási korlátozásokat.

Az állandó képviselők megállapodtak a 2022. évi uniós költségvetési tervezetre vonatkozó tanácsi álláspontról, amely összesen 167,7 milliárd EUR kötelezettségvállalást és 170 milliárd EUR kifizetést irányoz elő.

Az Európai Unió–Bosznia-Hercegovina Stabilizációs és Társulási Tanács 2021. július 13-án Brüsszelben tartotta meg negyedik ülését.

A Parlament többek között küzdött a Covid19 járvány megfékezéséért, elindította az Európa jövőjéről szóló konferenciát és jóváhagyta az EU új klímatörvényét.
