A scandal has broken out during a Nagorno-Karabakh event organized by the Armenian diaspora in Paris.

Dorin Florea többek között kifogásolja, hogy a Somostetőről távozó gépkocsik nem tartják be a sebességkorlátozást annak ellenére, hogy többnyire kisgyerekes családok látogatják a szabadidőparkot. Mai sajtótájékoztatóján a polgármester bejelentette, alternatív közlekedési táblát engedélyeztetne a rendőrséggel, hogy civilizáltabb vezetésre ösztönözze a lakosságot. Elképzelése szerint az Elsőbbségadás kötelező tábla mintájára hoznának létre egy zöld-sárga színkombinációjú jelzést. Ennek zöld lenne a széle, és a sárga belsőre a következő felirat kerülne: „Légy tekintettel rám, én is sietek!” A polgármester hangsúlyozta, hogy csakis a rendőrségi engedélyezést követően helyeznék ki ezeket a táblákat a város területén. Az intézkedést azzal indokolta, hogy az úttestre helyezett fekvőrendőrök nem hatékonyak.

Au Kenya, dans le nord-est du pays, près de la frontière avec la Somalie, il y a eu de violents affrontements entre forces de sécurité et des militants du groupe shebab, ce lundi 25 mai. Le village de Yumbis, et ses environs dans le canton de Garissa, sont depuis plusieurs jours la cible d’incursions du mouvement jihadiste.

Médiatiser, scénariser, désinformer... Ces trois mots pourraient aisément résumer la thèse d'Eric Delbecque et Laurent Combalbert défendue dans leur dernier livre: Le spectacle de la peur.

Ce livre redit avec pertinence que "la peur constitue dorénavant l’enjeu d’un spectacle: elle est mise en scène parce qu’elle est le meilleur carburant de la dynamique médiatique, et aussi parce qu’elle divertit un monde qui ne croit plus au Progrès et voit l’avenir en noir !" Ou encore qu'"une information utile se construit, notamment grâce à une activité de veille rigoureuse. Personne ou presque n'étudie sérieusement et longuement une question mais tout le monde a un avis sur l'instant".

Et il se clôt sur le résumé suivant: "La société de l'information, ou plutôt du spectacle, vise à divertir, pas à instruire, pas à remettre en perspective et à expliquer. Elle forme une espèce de drogue à l'usage de collectivités dépressives et qui s'ennuient, qui ne croient plus ni au Progrès ni à l'Histoire. Les médias sont de surcroît animés par une logique marchande. Faire face à la concurrence s'impose comme l'objectif majeur, même au prix de la valeur ajoutée de l'information".

On lira donc avec un grand intérêt les chapitres sur la mise en scène du crime et de la terreur, ou sur la désinformation..., et l'on sautera la conclusion, non pas parce qu'elle est pertinente, mais parce que ses constats manquent d'impertinence.
