Az Európai Tanács április 17-én következtetéseket fogadott el Ukrajnáról, a Közel-Keletről és Törökországról.

A Tanács (PBB) az ATMIS katonai komponense számára 70 millió EUR, a szomáliai nemzeti hadsereg számára pedig 40 millió EUR összegű, az Európai Békekeretből 2024-ben nyújtandó támogatást hagyott jóvá.
