Az elmúlt hónapokban fel lehetett jegyezni néhány fontosabb történést, eseményt, amely talán a jövő évi beruházási terveket segíti. Több tervezet jelent meg társadalmi egyeztetésre még szeptemberben-októberben, többek között a GINOP 121 és 122 eszközbeszerzésre vonatkozó konstrukciók. Illetve megjelentek az első kombinált - hitelt és támogatást – tartalmazó felhívások, amelyek az informatikai, energetikai, építési, beruházási fejlesztések finanszírozására szolgálnak.

Séance plénière : La pression en matière de propagande subie par l'UE de la part de la Russie et des groupes terroristes islamistes est grandissante, avertissent les députés dans une résolution votée mercredi. La désinformation cherche à dénaturer la vérité, à inciter à la peur, à provoquer le doute et à diviser l'Union. Pour contrer les campagnes anti-UE, les députés suggèrent de renforcer la petite équipe de "communication stratégique" de l'UE et d'investir davantage dans la sensibilisation et l'éducation.

Plenáris ülés : Szerdán megszavazták a képviselők azokról az ambiciózus nemzeti határértékekről, amelyek révén a legfontosabb légszennyező anyagok - nitrogén-oxidok, kén-dioxid, finom részecskék - jelenlétét csökkentenék 2030-ig. A légszennyezés évente 400ezer európai korai elhalálozásához vezet.

They suggest devoting 2% of GDP to defence, establishing multinational forces and EU headquarters to plan and command crisis management operations, and enabling the EU to act where NATO is unwilling to do so.

Plenartagung : Der Druck auf die EU durch Propaganda aus Russland und von islamistischen Terroristen wächst stetig, sagen die Abgeordneten in einer am Mittwoch angenommenen Entschließung. Diese Propaganda verzerre Wahrheiten, schüre Angst und Zweifel und wolle Europa spalten. Um solche Anti-EU-Kampagnen zu bekämpfen, schlägt das Parlament vor, die kleine „Task Force für strategische Kommunikation“ der EU zu verstärken.

Plenary sessions : Plans for more ambitious national caps on emissions of key pollutants by 2030, including NOx, particulates and sulphur dioxide, won the support of MEPs on Wednesday. They had already been informally agreed with the Dutch Presidency of the Council. Air pollution causes about 400,000 premature deaths in the EU per year.

Plenartagung : Am Mittwoch hat sich das Parlament für strengere nationale Grenzwerte für Emissionen von bestimmten Schadstoffen ausgesprochen. Darunter fallen Stickstoffoxide (NOx), luftverunreinigende Partikel und Schwefeldioxid (SO2). Die Grenzwerte waren bereits informell mit der niederländischen Ratspräsidentschaft vereinbart worden. Schlechte Luftqualität verursacht jedes Jahr ungefähr 400.000 vorzeitige Todesfälle in der EU.
