December 15-ig kapott haladékot Görögország európai partnereitől az érdemi együttműködésre a külső határok ellenőrzésében, ellenkező esetben felfüggeszthetik schengeni tagságát. A fenyegetés inkább nyomásgyakorlás, mint a görögök kizárása, amelynek esetén Magyarország is frontországgá válna. Igaz, ez de facto semmin sem változtatna.

Séance plénière : Frontex, l'agence européenne pour la gestion des frontières, devrait établir un système pour traiter les plaintes concernant des violations alléguées des droits fondamentaux des migrants et demandeurs d'asile, affirment les députés dans une résolution adoptée ce mercredi. Pendant le débat en plénière avant le vote, le commissaire Dimitris Avramopoulos a promis que la Commission européenne tiendrait compte de cette idée dans sa révision de la réglementation Frontex en décembre.

VIDÉO - La plupart des députés de gauche sont hostiles à l'idée d'inscrire dans la Constitution la déchéance de nationalité pour les binationaux nés français enrôlés comme djihadistes.

Séance plénière : Un accord de l'UE avec le Liechtenstein, selon lequel les citoyens de l'UE pourront plus difficilement cacher, sur des comptes bancaires du pays, de la trésorerie à l'administration fiscale, a été approuvé par le Parlement lors d'un vote mercredi. Selon l'accord, l'UE et le Liechtenstein échangeront automatiquement des informations sur les comptes bancaires des résidents de chacun des pays, dès 2018.

Séance plénière : Les travaux de la commission spéciale du Parlement sur les rescrits fiscaux seront poursuivis dans le cadre d'un nouveau mandat de six mois qui débutera ce 2 décembre. La décision a été prise à l'unanimité par la Conférence des présidents et approuvée lors de la session plénière par 561 voix pour, 69 contre et 5 abstentions. Les travaux de la commission se concentreront sur les pratiques et régimes fiscaux néfastes des sociétés aux niveaux européen et international.
