The Committee on Security and Defence will hold a debate with Dr Rachel Tecott, Assistant Professor in the Strategic and Operational Research Department at the US Naval War College, on 15 November. The aim is to bring forward a critical assessment of the US approach to military assistance. The Committee will look into the shortcomings in the US and its NATO allies' strategy for building professional armies in partner countries.
