A Tanács korlátozó intézkedéseket fogadott el három szervezettel és két személlyel szemben, akiket felelősség terhel az EU tagállamai és partnerei elleni kibertámadásokért.

A Tanács további korlátozó intézkedéseket fogadott el négy olyan személlyel szemben, akit felelősség terhel az EU-val, valamint annak tagállamaival és partnereivel szemben folytatott külföldi információmanipulációért és beavatkozásért.

A Tanács újabb kilenc személyt vett jegyzékbe, akiket felelősség terhel a bucsai mészárlásért és az Ukrajna területi integritását, szuverenitását és függetlenségét aláásó és fenyegető tevékenységeikért.

A Tanács következtetéseket hagyott jóvá az EU hibrid fenyegetésekre való reagálási képességének megerősítéséről. Következtetéseiben a Tanács uniós szinten koordinált és stratégiai megközelítést szorgalmaz.

A Tanács határozatot fogadott el azzal a céllal, hogy támogasson afrikai országokat az aknák elleni fellépésre irányuló kapacitásaik megerősítésében, és ezzel hozzájáruljon Afrika aknamentesítéséhez.

A Tanács további hat hónappal, azaz 2026. szeptember 15-ig meghosszabbította az Ukrajna területi integritását, szuverenitását és függetlenségét aláásó vagy fenyegető cselekményekért felelős személyek és szervezetek jegyzékbe vételét.
