Proposed by the British, the thesis of the accidental explosion of an old torpedo will soon become the official version. It will be taken up by most Russian and international media whereas the real reasons for this sinking have never been elucidated. Four years later, after a long investigation, this film highlights troubling facts, totally obscured by the power, which allowed the director Jean-Michel Carr\u00e9 to elaborate a more plausible hypothesis that involves the United States In this event and puts in perspective the new strategic stakes between Russia, the United States and China. Beyond this investigation of the secrets, lies, concealments and unspoken surrounding the drama, the film proposes a new vision of the political practices that Vladimir Putin sets up as soon as this &#8220;accident&#8221; is announced. To respond to the violent attacks of the independent press on him, the new president orchestrates systematically the press and the justice. His political, military, diplomatic and economic strategy, with the idea of \u200b\u200bgiving Russia back its superpower status, is intimately linked to the succession of events that surrounded the Kursk for three years.
