Vasárnap délután vette kezdetét Zentán a Vajdasági Magyar Amatőr- és Diákszínjátszók IX. Tábora. A Bolyai Tehetséggondozó Gimnázium és Kollégium előcsarnokában csaknem 40 érdeklődő regisztrált 15 vajdasági településről (Bácsfeketehegyről, Bácsgyulafalváról, Bácskertesről, Csókáról, Horgosról, Kishegyesről, Kúláról, Magyarcsernyéről, Magyarkanizsáról, Muzslyáról, Óbecséről, Szabadkáról, Szenttamásról, Topolyáról és Zentáról), valamint Szlovéniából és Magyarországról is érkeztek résztvevők.

Le tribunal administratif de Nîmes a condamné l'Etat, le jugeant en partie responsable de la mort du soldat Abel Chennouf, tué par Mohamed Merah à Montauban, le 15 mars 2012, en compagnie d'un autre parachutiste du 17e RGP, le 1er Classe Mohamed Farah Chamse-Dine Legouade. Voir mon post d'alors ici.

Suite à l'audience de fin juin, le tribunal a diffusé un communiqué.

Dans ce texte, le tribunal administratif indique que "malgré la difficulté de la mission de prévention des actions terroristes et de surveillance des individus radicaux incombant aux services de renseignement, le tribunal juge que la décision de supprimer toute mesure de surveillance de Mohamed Merah, prise à la fin de l’année 2011, après la conduite d’un entretien avec l’intéressé dans des conditions peu probantes, est constitutive d’une faute engageant la responsabilité de l’Etat compte tenu notamment du profil de Mohamed Merah et du caractère hautement suspect de son comportement, établi depuis plusieurs années et renforcé par ses récents voyages en Afghanistan et au Pakistan".

"Mohamed Merah avait déjà fait une première victime quatre jours avant l’assassinat de M. Abel Chennouf, le tribunal juge que cette faute a compromis les chances d’empêcher l’attentat et fixe à un tiers la part de responsabilité de l’Etat", poursuit le communiqué.

"Les parents et frère et sœur de la victime ayant toutefois déjà été indemnisés par l’Etat, en sa qualité d’employeur de M. Abel Chennouf, à raison des préjudices subis du fait de ce décès, leur requête est rejetée pour ce motif par le tribunal. La juridiction condamne en revanche l’Etat à indemniser l’épouse et l’enfant de M. Abel Chennouf, ainsi que le Fonds de garantie des victimes des actes de terrorisme et d'autres infractions subrogé dans les droits de son épouse, à proportion de la perte de chance retenue. Il condamne également l’Etat, dans les mêmes conditions, à indemniser les beaux-parents de M. Abel Chennouf".
