A Tanács a szegénység és a társadalmi kirekesztődés elleni küzdelmet szolgáló megfelelő minimumjövedelemről szóló ajánlást fogadott el. A jövedelemtámogatás akkor tekinthető megfelelőnek, ha az élet minden szakaszában biztosítja a méltósággal élhető életet. Ajánlott, hogy a tagállamok az államháztartás fenntarthatóságának megőrzése mellett legkésőbb 2030-ig fokozatosan érjék el a jövedelemtámogatás megfelelő szintjét.

A Tanács hat hónappal meghosszabbította az ukrajnai helyzetet destabilizáló orosz intézkedések miatt hozott korlátozó intézkedéseket.

Az elfogadott szövegek lehetővé fogják tenni, hogy az illetékes hatóságok közvetlenül címezhessenek az elektronikus bizonyítékokra vonatkozó bírósági határozatokat másik tagállambeli szolgáltatóknak.
