A Tanács az Európai Békekeret keretében 20 millió EUR értékű támogatási intézkedést fogadott el a Kongói Demokratikus Köztársaság fegyveres erőinek támogatása céljából.

A Tanács hat hónappal meghosszabbította az ukrajnai helyzetet destabilizáló orosz intézkedések miatt hozott korlátozó intézkedéseket.

A Tanács a mai napon rendeletet fogadott el, amelyben egy évvel, 2024. július 24-ig megújítja és hét mezőgazdasági termékre kiterjeszti az azokra még alkalmazandó összes fennálló vám és a belépésiár-rendszer ideiglenes felfüggesztését.

Following the EU-CELAC summit in Brussels on 17-18 July 2023, the EU and CELAC leaders adopted a declaration.

Az EU nyilatkozatot adott ki, amelyben egyértelműen elítéli Oroszországnak a fekete-tengeri gabonakezdeményezés megszüntetésére vonatkozó döntését. Döntésével Oroszország tovább súlyosbítja az Ukrajna elleni agressziós háború és az ukrán tengeri kikötők blokádja által okozott globális élelmezésbiztonsági válságot. Oroszországnak be kell szüntetnie az ukrán tengeri kikötők jogellenes blokádját, és lehetővé kell tennie a szabad hajózást a Fekete-tengeren.
